@eris i mean rahu is both in a sense (and a knight and a dog arent so different). rain burst and flora unfurl are about loyalty. rahu lost her ‘owner’ 10 years ago and has been kinda aimlessly lashing out trying to hurt whoever did this to her ever since. she really misses having someone to be loyal to and then night she swears to protect shalom is the first full night of sleep she got since varna died.
then she realizes shalom is the successor to varna’s killer the literal next day and she’s a bit of an empty husk for flora unfurl

@Emaculate_Allie the canon has historically been rather consistent, but technically not that definite. when the church is seen as an infallible authority, the particular legitimate books in use arent that big of a deal. throughout the history of the church, different parts have had various synods to decide which books they saw fit to use, which is why the canon varies a little between churches.
the protestant reformation did a lot to harden the canon on both sides, with the romans settling hard on their initial decision at the council of rome some decades after nicaea, while protestants went with st jerome’s favored canon (with the other important books being kept around as apocrypha for lutherans and anglicans)

* confirm that you are not tricked
* restart phone and re-authenticate
* wait one day
* confirm with biometrics that you know what you are doing
* decide if you only want unrestricted installs for 1 week or forever
* confirm that you accept the risks
* enjoy the few apps that still have developers motivated to develop for a user-base willing to put up with this

I suspect they'll find there's actually quite a few that will put up with this, after all the average Android user only installs from the Play Store, those that are using F-Droid or side loading are actively choosing to avoid Google, and I don't think this'll be much of a barrier to them, I know I'll jump through these hoops without batting an eye.

Tbh, considering that border agents also sideload their spyware and then wipe it off when you have to hand them your phone unlocked and they vanish with it for a few minutes this is probably a good thing though.
Also you've only to go through it once.
The only question I have is if they'll allow Apps to query this, if they do then that'll be the bigger issue as then almost all anti-cheat, anti-tamper, and "root detection" frameworks will add it instantly...
