if i have a BULK IN endpoint which is *not* halted, and a program running on the host platform tries to simultaneously read from the BULK IN endpoint as well as issuing a ClearFeature(ENDPOINT_HALT), can these requests race each other? what are the permissible outcomes of this situation?

I'm not sure how to explain counting syllables actually. but usually it's more correlated to the vowels

@eris @kirby im an unironic powershell fan but outside of powershell, everything microsoft does is dogshit. and powershell isnt rly that good either. but i use powershell because it is my favorite interactive shell, you can use all the unixy commands on linux like awk n sed and such and also be able to use all the powershell shit. but it is slow
