running `curl wttr.in` and getting `Weather report: not found`; it is currently sunny at 27 degrees celsius (but feels like 26), with 4 km/h northeast-bound wind, i assume "16 km" means 16 km sightline (less when foggy), and 0.0mm rainfall.
It then shows the weather reports of morning,nooon,evening,night for the next three days: The morning of 1st of may until noon 2nd may it's going to be sunny and clear, after which is will be cloudy and overcast with temperatures dropping to single digits on the 3rd of may.

is the weather report accurate? if so then maybe it just failed to fetch the name or some weirdness. you can also try wttr.in/Something where Something is your location (ie a city name)
@green @sodiboo @lizzy the xfce4-terminal vuln doesn’t even have anything to do with terminal escape sequences and has been fixed almost 18 fucking years ago (wow). Basically: xfce4-terminal automatically scans for URLs in terminal output. That way you can do this: (see attachment). But it did so in a cringe way by appending the URL to a shell command without escaping it in any way, leading to exploits. Exploiting this requires very specific user interaction and will probably be very obvious (because you can see the sussy shell command right in the url).
If this vuln is relevant here then the correct course of action is to consider any kind of text piped to a terminal as a potential exploitation vector, not just terminal escape sequences, and stripping those is not enough.

it’s possible to tell it apart from normal urls (which look exactly the same as normal text until you hover then it gets a solid underline (the hidden link also does the latter)) via the dots (probably easy to bypass that tho) and it shows the real url on hover
