@eris when using too much milk the protein will curdle, that doesn't happen with cream because you need only 1/5th and it's usually around 30% less protein already compared to milk

@nyanide @prettygood coworker is a linux bigot. he does everything on his personal linux desktop, not work windows laptop. so when you call him on ms teams he cant show what hes working on. he has to pull out a flash drive to share files with you. hes still using ubuntu 18, and only knows the basic bash commands. recently found out he doesnt know systemd syntax. when he is forced to work on laptop (in da field, any in-person stuff) he refuses to do any work outside a browser. doesnt even have WSL. when other devs have problems that *might* be due to OS he immediately blames windows and removes himself from the conversation. its never windows.
