                                                                holy shit do you use pure sodium hydroxide as soap lmao but for real though, it isn't gonna react with whatever's in your food.

                                                                source needed, but: if your soap is corrosive, then yeah, it can be bad as it will likely roughen up the aluminum (make it porous) and then possibly accumulate low solubility salts that you might then eat off of it.
